We prefer major credit cards. However we will also accept paypal, western union, bidpay, money orders, registered checks and personal checks (item will be held until check clears bank).

Fees/Taxes
If item is purchased in ohio there will be a 8.5% charge unless a tax id is given.

Shipping
We ship worldwide, wherever the big brown truck goes. We offer ups ground, 3rd day and ups overnight. Most shipping charges are fixed given the proximity of your zip code, and there will be a $6.00 handling fee dependent upon size of order. Automatically insured by ups for $100. We will require all items must be completely insured. We will use usps priority mail, global priority, parcel post, surface shipping upon request. All extremely large minerals will have a $100 -$200 crate charge. Every item that goes over seas must have insurance for the item and amount spent. This is for your protection and ours.

Delivery
We usually will ship the item out within 48 hours of payment. Within the united states a box will usually take 5 days to go from coast-to-coast, however this can be upgraded to 3rd day or overnight delivery. We will not deliver when it cannot be tracked longer than 30 days.

Refunds & Returns
Within the continental usa upon receiving your item you have 14 days to receive an unconditional 100% refund, providing you allow us to arrange ups to ship the product back at our cost. Ups will be sent to your door to pick up the item at our cost. If item was damaged we will put an insurance claim with ups or whatever shipping provider was used.the %100 refund for outside the usa will only qualify if shipped by usps global priority mail.
